Our past professional experiences in mortgage lending, property management and sales coupled with our broad knowledge of residential real estate sales helps us seamlessly navigate our clients through the real estate process with unmatched professionalism, market knowledge, dependability, and responsiveness. Technologically savvy and highly experienced in marketing and social media strategy, we offer a fresh, innovative approach to real estate sales.

We’ve been married since 1998 and are blessed with two beautiful daughters, a son-in-law, and a silly Great Dane.

Why did you decide to join the real estate industry?

We’ve had a passion for real estate ever since we bought our first home in 1998.  We had a wonderful Realtor who skillfully walked us through what seemed like the land of the unknown.  She made the process of finding a home a lot of fun, and then once we found that perfect home, she explained and helped us every step of the way.  Since then, we have personally bought, sold and invested in several properties.  We understand the myriad of emotions involved in buying and selling real estate and how important it is to have a knowledgeable, fun-loving Realtor there to guide and educate you through the process. Those experiences led us to wanting to positively impact others in the same way our Realtor had impacted us.  It’s our way of paying it forward.

What sets you apart as agents?

We’re unique in that we treat our clients like family.  We may be strangers when we meet, but we change that quickly.  We genuinely care about our clients’ best interests. We listen and customize our approach to meet each buyer and seller’s unique needs and wants.  Patience, professionalism, organization, communication and the fact that we answer our phone are characteristics that our clients say they really appreciate about us.  Another aspect that makes us different is that we stay on top of current market trends, changes in laws, and finding new and innovative ways to market homes.  We’re not a stranger to social media marketing and understand the power of it, which benefits are seller clients greatly.

What is your favorite thing about helping someone find their dream home?

It’s their dream home!!! There’s something humbling and amazing about someone asking you to help them obtain that dream. It’s a huge honor that we’ll never grow tired of or take for granted.  Everyone has a story, and their stories are fascinating to us.  We LOVE that our clients share them with us, and we LOVE learning about them.
